Deposit Payment Option:

We also offer deposit payment options on custom ordered items. A 50%  deposit can be arranged to begin and enter the item into production cue. The balance payment is due upon item completion. Please contact us to make these arrangements.

Outside the GTA: To best serve our customers, we do *NOT* roll the cost of freight/shipping into our prices and call it 'FREE SHIPPING'. We pull individual freight quotes for each customer and invoice separately at the time of shipping. We put the best pricing on our items and clients are able to negotiate their own modes of transportation or we can facilitate shipping options. We have developed strong relationships between multiple freight brokers that offer us special volume rates that we then pass on to our customers. PLEASE REQUEST FREIGHT ESTIMATE if you are not picking up or using local GTA Delivery.
